Summary: This document will show you how to configure which printer to use when printing badges in OnGuard. Printer assignment is a per-user setting, and must be configured by each user
Printer Assignment
- Open System Administration or ID CredentialCenter and log in
- From the menu, go to Administration > Badge Types
- On the right side of the screen, click the Printing tab. Here you can set the default printer
- You must set the default printer for each badge type. Click on the badge type from the list, then click Modify in the bottom left
- From the Default printer for badge type drop down menu on the right, select OHS-1067-APP1\Badge Printer and then click OK on the bottom left
