Summary: This document will show you how to configure which printer to use when printing badges in OnGuard. Printer assignment is a per-user setting, and must be configured by each user

Printer Assignment

1. Open System Administration or ID CredentialCenter and log in
2. From the menu, go to Administration > Badge Types
3. On the right side of the screen, click the Printing tab. Here you can set the default printer
4. You must set the default printer for each badge type. Click on the badge type from the list, then click Modify in the bottom left
5. From the Default printer for badge type drop down menu on the right, select OHS-1067-APP1\Badge Printer and then click OK on the bottom left

Select
